From an one-man business to an established mid-sized company

Work at KET is based on clear values: commitment, honesty, goal orientation, and reliability. Managing Director Kristian Kirpal leads the company with an open and trusting leadership style that encourages responsibility and enables innovation. We develop technologies where standard solutions are no longer sufficient. A good example is our multifunctional welding robot – designed and built to meet our own requirements and still unique on the market today. Another example is our new, in-house control technology, which we are developing as part of a large-scale research project. When technology becomes complex, our strength comes into play: we think holistically, tinker with passion – and deliver results.
