Sportspar GmbH in Eilenburg is one of KET’s long-term maintenance customers. We are responsible for the maintenance, inspection and cleaning of two Buderus boilers (600 kW each), including the burners and associated auxiliary equipment such as circulation pumps, strainers, shut-off valves and the pressure maintenance system. Our services also include the replacement of various oil nozzles, flue gas analysis and burner adjustment.

After taking over the existing third-party installation, we carried out extensive repair work on the burners, flue gas turbulators and air damper actuators. In addition, we fundamentally revised and optimized the system programming to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

KET is constructing a new heating plant for Stadtwerke Weißwasser featuring two 7.5 MW heat generators to ensure a reliable and independent district heating supply. The project increases operational flexibility while reducing dependence on lignite-fired power plants. It represents an important step toward a sustainable and future-ready energy infrastructure.

KET is implementing an air-source heat pump for SachsenEnergie in Dresden’s Behringstraße as a district energy solution within the secondary district heating network. By harnessing ambient heat, the system significantly reduces CO₂ emissions. The project represents a sustainable, efficient and future-proof approach to heat supply.

KET is implementing a modern heat pump system at the Bebelstraße heating plant in Riesa for Stadtwerke Riesa, combined with a gas-fired boiler and an electrode boiler. By using electricity for heat generation whenever economically and operationally advantageous, the project reduces natural gas consumption and lowers CO₂ emissions. This flexible and efficient solution strengthens the regional energy transition while ensuring a reliable heat supply.

For Porsche Leipzig, KET is expanding the compressed air supply system. The project includes the delivery and installation of two compressors with a capacity of up to 45 m³/min at 8 bar, including filtration, air drying and complete integration into the plant’s piping system.

KET is implementing an electric auxiliary steam generator in Dessau, including its process engineering, electrical, control systems and civil engineering integration. The project responds to changing energy market conditions, under which conventional steam power processes are no longer required on a continuous basis. At the same time, it ensures the efficient and future-proof supply of auxiliary steam for the plant’s own operational needs.

KET is implementing an innovative waste heat recovery solution for SachsenEnergie at TU Dresden, utilizing surplus heat from a data center. The recovered energy is fed into the district heating network, significantly reducing CO₂ emissions. The project makes an important contribution to climate neutrality and supports the transition to a more sustainable energy supply.

KET is implementing a large-scale air-source heat pump at the Dresden-Reick combined heat and power plant for SachsenEnergie to enable sustainable heat generation. By feeding renewable heat into the district heating network, the project significantly reduces CO₂ emissions and marks an important step toward climate neutrality.
